Terms of Use
Operator, eligibility and availability
These terms govern VidRush AI Online, operated by GAAI at vidrush.dev. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Contact support@vidrush.dev. Production remains under development; displayed capabilities depend on services actually available to your account. A queue registration is not a purchase, a reserved delivery date or a delivery guarantee. Paid checkout remains unavailable until the relevant payment and production services are ready.
Using the studio
VidRush AI Online supports topic, script and audio production when the required services are configured. Review the input, available capabilities, prepared scenes and authorized quote. Provider availability and stated limits apply; an input selection is not a guarantee of a particular creative result or delivery time.
Your material and review
Submit files and references you are entitled to use. Check factual claims, identities, chart data, source licenses and attribution before publishing. Source discovery does not itself grant usage rights. Visual style references on the homepage are labeled illustrations, not delivered customer videos.
Wallet and billing
A confirmed production action reserves its quoted maximum. Delivery settles the authorized charge; a confirmed undelivered failure releases its reservation. Uncertain actions remain pending for reconciliation. The configured checkout and billing portal show applicable purchase and subscription information. Contact support for payment questions; a browser return URL alone does not establish payment.
Monthly subscriptions and included production credit
The monthly plans are Spark at USD 79, Channel at USD 199 and Studio at USD 499. Each successful monthly payment funds the account production wallet by USD 79, USD 199 or USD 499 respectively; this is service credit, not a bank deposit, transferable currency or a cash-withdrawal balance. Plans use the same available studio features with different production budgets, and do not promise unlimited generation or a fixed number of video minutes. Server quotes determine the credit consumed for each authorized generation or paid revision. Free browser edits and local export do not by themselves incur a production charge. Any tax and final charge are disclosed at checkout. No annual subscription or annual discount is currently offered by this plan specification.
Renewal and cancellation
A purchased monthly subscription renews automatically each month at its stated price until cancelled. Cancel before renewal using the billing portal linked from Balance, or contact support@vidrush.dev if that portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse completed production or create a cash refund of used credit. Your remaining wallet credit is not automatically removed merely because you cancel. For a renewal collected after a timely cancellation, contact support with the payment reference so we can investigate and correct the charge.
Refunds and delivery failures
For an initial payment or renewal, request a refund at support@vidrush.dev within 14 days of the charge and before using any credit from that payment for delivered production. Include your account email and payment reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method; the associated refunded credit is removed so it cannot also be spent. Used payments are ordinarily non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, undelivered services, or rights provided by applicable law. A confirmed failed production run releases its reservation to your wallet; that release is not a cash refund. If a delivery remains unresolved, contact support for investigation, restoration or an appropriate refund. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, defect and refund rights are not limited by this policy.
Files and local processing
Local assets must be explicitly uploaded before server rendering can use them. Conversion and speech recognition depend on the selected engine, file and browser. Some document conversions extract text rather than preserve page layout. Review captions and rendered output before use.
Acceptable use and material rights
The Acceptable Use Policy at https://vidrush.dev/acceptable-use-policy/ forms part of these terms. You retain rights you hold in your inputs and authorize only the processing needed to provide the requested service. Generated results and discovered source media do not provide a guarantee of copyright ownership, uniqueness, commercial clearance or permission to depict a person. Check source licenses and platform rules before publishing. Do not upload other people’s voices or images for deceptive impersonation or prohibited deepfakes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service and outputs are provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, factual accuracy, creative suitability, audience growth, monetization approval or error-free third-party models. Review complete outputs before use. To the extent permitted by law, GAAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Restrictions, termination and disputes
We may restrict production, suspend an account or remove stored content for a substantiated policy breach, security threat or legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and allow an appeal to support@vidrush.dev. Restrictions are proportionate; legitimate refunds and mandatory rights remain available, and we do not automatically confiscate all unused paid credit for every breach. You may stop using the service and request account closure; cancel subscriptions separately before closure. Contact support first about disputes. Nothing here removes rights or access to courts available under mandatory consumer law.
Privacy, changes and support
Our Privacy Policy at https://vidrush.dev/privacy-policy/ explains personal-data processing. Material changes to these terms or subscription prices will be communicated before they apply; existing paid periods retain their agreed price. Guides do not guarantee channel growth or platform approval. Report issues to support@vidrush.dev with the project, run or payment reference, without passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information.
