Operator and scope
GAAI operates VidRush AI Online at vidrush.dev and is responsible for the personal information processed by this service. Contact support@vidrush.dev for privacy questions or requests. This policy covers website registrations and, when available, signed-in production. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Accounts and requests
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, verified email and display name. Session cookies link requests to your account. Product-update forms save the submitted email and request category; a storage failure returns an error rather than a saved confirmation.
Projects and production media
Signed-in studio projects, uploaded media, scripts, transcripts, versions and production records are stored by the production service. Authorized production may send the required script, audio or media to the configured AI and media providers. Do not submit material you are not entitled to process or unnecessary sensitive information.
Local tools and assets
Free conversion, compression, clipping and local subtitles process selected files in your browser. Engines and speech models may download before first use. Local asset-library files stay on this browser until you explicitly upload them for studio production. Clearing site data removes local files and cached preferences; cloud project data is separate.
Billing and operational records
The payment provider identified at checkout processes payment details. The current studio integration supports Stripe; Waffo Pancake onboarding does not mean Waffo live payments are enabled. We keep payment references, amounts, currency, subscription status, wallet credits, reservations and delivery records, rather than full card numbers or card security codes. Technical logs support security, support and delivery recovery.
Analytics and choices
Page analytics are separate from media processing. Local and preview hosts do not load the production trackers. Google consent settings follow your stored choice; Umami loads only after analytics consent and checks the current choice before sending. Analytics events constructed by this site exclude email addresses and video briefs.
Access, correction, deletion and account closure
Email support@vidrush.dev from your registered address to request a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete personal data or close your account. Identify the account and request, without sending passwords, card details or identity documents unless we explain why proportionate verification is necessary. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain any lawful extension or limitation. Where applicable you may also object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw optional consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Self-service tools and retention limits
Where enabled, Balance and settings offer a studio-data export and deletion of studio projects and media. Studio-data deletion does not cancel a subscription or delete your Google account, and is distinct from an account-closure request. Pending production charges must first be reconciled. We retain account and project information while needed to operate your account or resolve a request; payment, tax, fraud and dispute records may be retained for applicable legal obligations. We do not promise instantaneous removal from backups or third-party copies. Local files remain on your device until you clear site data. Ask support for the retention applicable to a specific record.
Service providers, transfers and purposes
Hosting, authentication, configured AI/media providers and the checkout provider receive only the information needed for the requested service, security, legal obligations or support. These services may process data outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required. Cloudflare hosts the website; Google supports sign-in; optional Google analytics/tag services and Umami follow your cookie choice. The technology disclosure identifies supported AI integrations and their current availability. We do not sell personal information. Do not submit sensitive material that is unnecessary for your project.

Material changes will be described on this website and, when appropriate, through your account email before they take effect. The date shown on this page identifies this version.
