Review revisions without losing a reference

Keep a known-good state before large edits.

Prepare

Before changing narration or scene order, note the version you have reviewed. Record what you intend to improve: an incorrect name, a missing source, or a visual that is hard to read. A specific target makes the next review more useful.

Work through the decision

After an edit, inspect both the changed scene and its neighbors. New narration can shift timing; a different asset can require a different crop. A local improvement should still fit the surrounding argument.

Review the result

Use the available version restore control when you need the earlier state. Review the restored project before exporting, and verify that the export corresponds to that revision rather than a later draft.
