Handle an interrupted or pending run
Preserve the reference while the result is uncertain.
Prepare
If the browser disconnects, reopen the project and check its existing run before starting another. The work may still be running after your connection ends. Repeated new requests can create separate work rather than recover the original request.
Work through the decision
Check the last known phase and any visible error. A provider configuration error needs configuration; it is not evidence that a finished video exists. A transport error is also not proof that the backend rejected the request.
Review the result
Allow receipt reconciliation to resolve the wallet reservation. For support, record the project, run, and charge references, approximate time, and visible error. Do not include passwords, session cookies, or payment card information.
